摘要

A novel host-guest metal-organic compound with both chiral hydrophilic and achiral hydrophobic channels has been obtained through the reaction of Cd(II) ion and a versatile asymmetrical ligand of H(4)bptc (H(4)bptc = 1,19-biphenyl-2,29,3,39-tetracarboxylic acid) based on hydro(solvo) thermal reactions.
