Models Of Lime Shaft Kilns

摘要

With the construction of models of different lime shaft kilns equipped with kiln discharge systems similar to the original in both design and function on a scale of 1:15 as well as the grain-size category of the charging material being also adjusted, the kiln flow and kiln geometry can be exactly checked. The experiences gained thereby help to optimize the kiln geometry and improve the flow of material. Kiln bodies constructed by using 3D technology and latest milling techniques can be inserted into the kiln models and thus be tested, analyzed and optimized
