The International Air Transport Association reported that international air cargo traffic grew 3.3% y-o-y in March, led by 15.2% growth in the Middle East. In North America international traffic grew 8.8%, while growth in Europe and the Asia-Pacific region was lower, at 1.9% and 1.7%, respectively. For the first quarter, 1ATA reported international cargo growth of 4.4%, again led by the Middle East at 15.8%. First quarter international traffic in North America was up 7.8%, Europe was up 4.7%, the Asia-Pacific region saw air cargo traffic increase 2.6%
