Port productivity faces myriad pressures

The concept of port productivity appears to be back after being out of focus for a time during the Great Recession, albeit with some new dynamics attached. Attendees at Cargo Business News' revived Port Productivity Conference in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in February learned from a variety of industry experts that pressures on productivity are growing.
