We have a two-burner hob on the boat which is fine for everyday cooking. In the winter I have the back up of the boatman's stove and, when it's lit, the Refleks heater. But with friends meeting us at the boat I decided that a barbecue had to be the star of the show.rnCooking alfresco is generally the preserve of men who all too often (sorry chaps) churn out overcooked sausage and undercooked chicken. Well, this is a recipe far removed from the mundane but is still within the capabilities of even the most reluctant cook. It looks good, is tasty and willrntick all the boxes for your guests.
