The JCBs are about to trundle out in my neck of the woods - and it's creating a bit of a to-do. They'll be digging up the A46 roundabout slap bang in the middle of Stroud very soon and it's going to be something of a nightmare.rnNot surprisingly, local businesses are very worried about the potential loss of trade and meetings are being held this month to help reassure them.
