With the support of IWA, BW is calling on boaters and the public to help rid the cut of the wonky-wheeled menace, by shamingrncompanies that itrnbelieves aren't doing enough to stop vandals dumping their trolleys in the canal. BW will use the information to retrieve the trolleys and also to compile a league table and award a 'Golden Trolley Award' and an 'Off their Trolley Award' respectively to the most and least responsible retail chain.
