Long term situation

Two letters in the February edition have prompted us to write to Canal Boat for the first time ever.rnFirstly, mooring licences or lack of such.rnWe live in Fazeley and moor our boat (not residential) in the small basin alongside the BW West Midlands Waterways office.rnWhen we are out boating and are asked about our mooring base, very often the reaction is "Fazeley? Ah, that's where you have all those long-termers moored".rnTrue - and most of them have been there for years.
