Looking at your letters page in the May edition I was saddened, but not surprised, to see that the 'bash the continuous cruisers brigade' are out once again. Why shouldn't they pay more they cry, they use the system more than we who park our boats in a nice snug marina and venture out two weeks a year. Well my friends, that is your choice. If you should so wish, you are more than welcome to come out 12 months of the year and enjoy the waterways in all seasons and weathers, but you choose to stay secure in your marinas and for that choice you have to pay the extra.
