Ouch, that hurt!

In july we decided to move our moorings from the Trent & Mersey at Spode onto the river Avon, this after 21 years at the old moorings. I applied to CRT for a rebate on my canal licence which had nine months left on it and also on my mooring permit which had three months remaining. I assumed there would be a 75 percent and 25 percent rebate with a small administration charge. Imagine my shock and horror when the cheque eventually arrived.
