This 62-footer looks very traditional on the outside, but it has a contemporary style inside. The owner intends to use it for extended cruising. He's recently built his own house, so overseeing the build of his boat came as second nature. Stoke Boats do everything from the baseplate up, and this is a very attractive example of their shells. There are Josher-style bows, recessed panels, rivets and an interesting handrail design - it's solid at the stern, but changes to a flat rail along the main part of the cabin. The colour scheme adds to the solid traditional feel. Inside, the boat is a reverse layout and the fit-out uses a mix of painted surfaces, both plain and tongue and groove, and oak trim. The galley is at the stern, with oak cupboard doors and granite worktops.
