Pollution Solution

It's all to easy to spill oil when working or boating around the canals, so Penguin Engineering has come up with, what they call, "a cost effective and natural solution to marine hydrocarbon pollution". The formula uses nutrients that encourage the reproduction of microorganisms. They digest the oil spill, turning it into carbon dioxide and water. Apparently, it was used to clean up after Prestige sank off north west Spain, so it should work on the canals.
