Heavens sent at Saul

Heavy rain and flooding in the Gloucester area has resulted in an unexpected payoff for the new Saul marina - it has been filling up with water of its own accord. The marina, at the Junction of .the Stroudwater Canal with the Gloucester & Sharpness, is due to open at the end of March or beginning of April and water-filling was expected to begin at the end of February.
