While packaging wine in paperboxes will not raise too many eyebrows in Europe and many other parts of the world, it appears that North American wine producers and distributors are now starting to catch on to the many environmental, production-related and consumer-friendly advantages offered by this up-and-coming wine packaging format—much to the delight of the global aseptic packaging group Tetra Pak.
