The last edition of GDS, international event for shoes and accessories in the format that has become familiar over the years, was held in Dusseldorf, Germany from March 12-14. There were 800 exhibitors from over 30 countries showing their Fall/Winter 2014/2015 collections. Attendance figures were down, with just under 19,000 visitors. Organizers saw this as proof that their plans to revitalize the show are coming at the right time.
