Knowledge Management (KM) has become a familiar concept for everyone who follows the events of the business world. Corporations invest heavily in building KM systems, which often provide full-time employment for over a hundred professionals in "knowledge centers" managed by "knowledge executives." Knowledge Management has reached the top of the corporation, and may companies can boast a Chief Knowledge Offi- cer (CKO). In recent year, hundreds of academic papers and several books have appointed the first "Professor of Knowledge."
