Der Beitrag stellt die Erfahrungen zweier regionaler Verbünde kleiner und mittlerer Unternehmen vor. 1. Gegenseitiges Vertrauen der Partner ist notwendige Voraussetzung für erfolgreiche Kooperationen. 2. Die regionale Konzentration der Partner ermöglicht effiziente Formen der Konfliktlösung. 3. Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie wird koordinationsunter-stützend eingesetzt. Komplexe und konfliktbezogene Kommunikation wird nicht durch Informations-und Kommunikationstechnologie unterstützt.%This article introduces two regional networks of small and medium-sized enterprises which have been operating successfully for a number of years. After the presentation of the genesis, the structure and the functionality of both networks, their objectives and their achievements are described. The second part of the article focuses on specific obstacles to co-operation and contrasts the different solutions used in the two networks.
