It's early in the game, but now is a good time to evaluate competitive MSP offerings. Everybody knows that corporate IT departments have way too much to do and too few people to do it with. And everybody knows that the managers of those departments would prefer to off-load a "non-strategic" task such as server monitoring, rather than a "strategic" task like application development. So the value proposition that management service providers (MSPs) offer—economical, turnkey management of corporate IT assets—should find plenty of ready takers, right?
