The global recession has thwarted plans by the VBSG Verkehrsbetriebe in the Swiss city of St Gallen to sell six elderly articulated trolleybuses to former communist states in Europe.rnOfficials from Sarajevo in Bosnia had already agreed to buy the NAW/Hess buses but the money never arrived and St Gallen revoked the contract. The vehicles bought new in 1991 /92 are gradually being replaced by Hess Swisstrolleys.
