US county regains buses after four-month absence

The fragile state of urban public transport in parts of the United States has beenrnthrown into the spotlight by the experience of Clayton County, in the metropolitan surroundings of Atlanta, Georgia where all bus services were axed on 31 March and only partially restored -without public funding - early in August.
