Third Scottish council starts own bus operation

Scottish Borders Council has become the third local authority in Scotland to start its own direct public bus service operation.rnIts newly created SB Buses operation has taken over Monday to Saturday rural service 91 (Peebles-Broughton-Biggar), provided under Section 46 of the Public Passenger Vehicle Act 1981, from Munro's of Jedburgh.
