When destination blinds are works of art

When, David Jenkins asks, is a destination blind not what it first seems? The answer, he suggests, is when it is an art installation.He photographed it in Cecil Sharp House, the London home of the English Folk Dance & Song Society, where it was installed in 2009.The artist Matthew Cowan calls it A Bus trip through ? the Cotswold Morris villages and it lists - in a bus journey's order - the villages in that part of England recorded in a 1974 book, A Handbook of Morris Dances, starting in the south with Castleton in Dorset and ending with a reference to Molly Dancing, the East Anglian equivalent of Morris.
