Tiger uncaged as Arriva takes over joint venture

Arriva has acquired Centrebus's 60% shareholding in Centrebus Holdings, the joint venture serving West Yorkshire and part of Leicestershire. The ownership change, which does not affect Centrebus's wholly-owned operations elsewhere in the Midlands and Home Counties or its High Peak Buses joint venture with Wellglade, saw the operations at Hinckley placed back under Arriva Midlands management, with Midlands fleetnumbers applied to the buses operated there.
