Highlights of the Ensignbus pre-Christmas heritage bus running day on 7 December (p42 last month) included services using the Dartford Crossing, southbound by the Queen Elizabeth Ⅱ Bridge, northbound by the twin tunnels. Photographed on the bridge is Ensign's RT191 (HLW 178), a 1947 Weymann- bodied London Transport AEC Regent 3RT. Other notable participants in the 2013 event were FFN 451, the 1951 Park Royal-bodied Leyland Royal Tiger in original owner East Kent colours with Ensignbus fleetnames in a traditional style, and DUF 179, the 1937 ex-Southdown Leyland Tiger TS7 coach with Harrington body.
