France's newly liberalised long-distance coach market is becoming increasingly competitive, according to the first official figures from rail and road transport regulator Arafer. Transdev's low-cost Isilines brand, which works with international partner Eurolines, still occupies the top slot with 40% of routes offered but its market share has been diluted by nearly 20% since October. Shaking up the marketplace is Flixbus, the French arm of German express coach giant MeinFernbus Flixbus.
