Fare falls as ArrivaClick reaches more destinations

The ArrivaClick demand responsive minibus service in Kent {Buses last month) has been expanded to the whole of urban Sittingbourne and also to the village of Iwade. As a promotion, the basis of charging has been altered to £1 a mile, rather than the flat fare of £3.50 previously advertised as a starting price. This has reduced the cost of a journey from the station to the science park to £2, with up to four additional passengers charged at half price.
