ECONOMIC GROWTH OF THE AMSTERDAM NORTH SEA CANAL REGION

Important initiatives for the future in the Amsterdam port region include the construction of the Afrikahaven, a second large lock at Ijmuiden and a new passenger terminal. The All Weather Terminal, almost unique in Europe, was commissioned earlier this year.
