The funds primarily will be used to advance the work program at the company's Cooper Basin project—leading to the final-investment decision for the 25 MWe commercial-demonstration plant. At the end of December, Geodynamics also announced the continuing rains and flooding in the Cooper Basin area have delayed the mobilization of its Rig 100 onto the "Innamincka Shallows" hot sedimentary aquifer target, where its partner, Origin Energy, is the operator.
