'A Goal Without A Plan Is Just A Wish'

"A goal without a plan is just a wish." This popular quote has been useful to the GRC staff as we've made plans and implemented changes. I applied it to the goals we set when I arrived on the scene a year ago, especially focusing on our primary goal of education. We have organized successful technical workshops in Indonesia and Sacramento and two additional workshops will be held at the GRC Annual Meeting this Fall.
