摘要

In this paper, the possibility of measuring the pulse energy of an eximer laser is considered. The photovoltaic effect of an inclined film of indium tin oxide on exposure to ultraviolet radiation is considered. A variant is proposed for constructing an optical pulse energy meter based on the effect being observed and its accuracy characteristics are measured.
