IALA is holding a seminar in Santander, Spain from 23rd to 26th June 2009 entitled Heritage Issues of Introducing New Technologies in Aids to Navigation. The event will be hosted by the Santander Port Authority and the venue will be Palacio de la Magdalena, the former Summer Royal Palace on the Magdalena Peninsula in Santander.rnThe port city of Santander is the capital oj the autonomous community of Cantabria situated on the north coast of Spain and is an elegant city which extends over a wide bay with views of the Cantabrian Sea.
