US Committee on the Marine Transportation System unveils e-Navigation Strategic Action Plan

Readers of these pages are well acquainted with lALA's e-Navigation efforts and some of the demonstration and prototype projects such as SafeSeaNet, EfficienSea, ACCSEAS, and the Marine Electronic Highway. Perhaps less visible are the efforts ongoing in the United States with regard to e-Navigation.
