Nous avons analysé les données de 14 dossiers de patients atteints de cataracte, qui ont nécessité une reprise chirurgicale après phacoémulsification ayant entraîné une rupture capsulaire postérieure et passage de fragments cristalliniens en chambre postérieure. L'analyse des données fait apparaître que les patients qui n'ont pas bénéficié de tentatives de repêchage des fragments par voie antérieure lors de l'intervention première, présentent après reprise chirurgicale par voie postérieure, de meilleurs résultats anatomo-fonctionnels.%We've analysed the data about 14 patients affected by cataract, which suffered a surgical retaking after phaco-emulsification during whom it happened a posterior capsule tear and a posterior dislocation of lens fragments. The data's analysis shows that the patients which not suffered attempt to fishing nuclear fragments using an anterior way, but a one-port pars plana vitrectomy have got better anatomo-functional results.
