Beamline 4B9B and Photoemission Spectroscopy Station in BSRf

摘要

Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility (BSRF)4B9B beamline provides soft X-ray with energy range of 10-1100eV. Two branches come out of the spherical gratings, one is for soft X-ray covering the energy range between 62-1100eV, the other is for VUV of energy range 10-62eV. The photoemission spectroscopy station applies soft X-ray and VUV from the 4B9B beamline for the study in surface science. The main instrument of this station is a photoemission spectrometer, which is composed of analysis chamber, sample preparation chamber and epitaxy chamber.
