Meritor WABCO Vehicle Control Systems has announced the availability of its patented single-piston PAN 22 Series air disc brake at Hendrickson International. Effective immediately, the brake can be specified on selected Hendrickson trailer axles and Intraax and Vantraax suspensions.rnThe lightweight, long-pad-life single-piston air disc brake uses WABCO's tested and European-field proven technology. A large usable pad material volume increases lining life to maximize vehicle up time. An integral molded friction pad virtually eliminates rust jacking.
