Ership's Model 6 marks 2,000th crane

Konecranes Gottwald has delivered its 2,000th mobile harbour crane, an eco-efficient Model 6, in the G HMK 6407 B four-rope variant. The customer is Ership in the Mediterranean port of Cartagena in southeast Spain, which will use it mainly for continuous-duty bulk handling, as well as general and project cargoes up to 100t. Ership, which offers a range of shipping services in more than 40 international ports, purchased its first Konecranes Gottwald MHC some 20 years ago, and has since bought more than 20 cranes in total.
