South Korea's GS Engineering & Construction (GSEC) has developed a project for the relocation of the International Sea Trade Port of Baku from Azerbaijan's capital to the small town of Alati, some 60 km south of the city.rnIn early September, the company submitted its draft for examination by the government. It is currently working on its feasibility study, which is scheduled for completion by the end of the year.
