Eva wins La Rochelle

The French Port of La Ro-chelle-La Pallice has selected a concessionaire to develop and operate its future bulk terminal at Anse St Marc. As previously reported, this development is a key part of the port's goal of increasing annual throughput to more than 10 mt by 2015.
