Teg ram grain terminal by 2013

The project to build the Maranhao Grain Terminal (Tegram) in the Brazilian port of Itaqui, which had been postponed for five years, could be implemented by 2013. A bill has been sent to the National Waterway Transport Agency (Antaq) by the planning director of Maranhao port company (EMAP). EMAP's planning director Daniel Vincent said that Tegram is vital to provide sufficient traffic for the North South Railway, as well as justification for road network improvements.
