New record for largest cargo on the River Tyne

Laden with 76,195t of coal, the alam pesona sailed into the Uk's Port of Tyne in May, smashing the record for the largest cargo on the River Tyne previously set by sister Ship ALAM PENTING. The ship travelled from New Orleans (Louisiana) and took 18 days to reach the Port of Tyne without stopping, covering a distance of 4,800 nautical miles.
