Russian Pacific coal hub boost

Russia's Aqua Resources (AR) has begun an US$80M expansion of bulk cargo facilities at the Astafiev Terminal (AT) at the Russian Pacific port of Nakhodka. The move is expected to attract the interest of Russian coal producers that currently have no direct access to the Pacific coast.
