Architects clamour for Olympic park cultural quarter competition

Nearly 1,000 architects have registered their interest in a design competition for an educational and cultural development on the Olympic park. The competition for the cultural quarter on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in east London, dubbed Olympicopolis, was launched this week, with the London Legacy Development Corporation saying it attracted interest from hundreds of firms from around the world.
