Owing to a recent reorganisation, an exciting new position has arisen in the Royal Household Property Section. Priding itself on the achievement of exceptional standards and as a centre of excellence for the upkeep of historic buildings, the team is responsible for property services at sites ranging from Royal Palaces to gardens and stables, residential houses, offices, garages and workshops. As Head of Property Projects you will lead the team of qualified surveyors responsible for managing a portfolio of construction and maintenance projects from the annual works programme. You will also personally manage a number of key projects. Working across the London and Windsor estates you will ensure projects are managed to the highest standards from inception to completion and handover to the Operations team. This dynamic role is a rare opportunity for an ambitious and talented senior project manager to apply their skills to this prestigious portfolio.
