Two firms bag Scape framework

Wates and Morgan Sindall have won roles on the latest Scape regional construction framework. The two firms have been appointed to public procurement organisation Scape's East Midlands Property Alliance (EMPA) intermediate upper value framework, which is for schemes worth between £2m and £7.5m. Wates' contract will cover the northern area of the region. This share of the contract has a total value of £88m.
