Contractors GF Tomlinson and Jeakins Weir have been awarded places on a £100m construction framework for public sector procurement organisation Scape. The four-year framework for the East Midlands Property Alliance (Empa), which is managed by Scape, is for contracts valued between £50k and £2m. The Education Funding Agency has revealed the details of a bidders' day for the next batch of privately-financed priority schools to come to market. The bidders' day for the £97m batch of schools in Yorkshire - the fourth batch of schools to come to market through the £700m PF2 element of the Priority School Building Programme - will be held on 27 January.
