Heathrow announces supplier day

In a prior information notice published to the Official Journal, Heathrow Airport Ltd said it was "initiating a pre-procurement market engagement campaign to share our vision, values and drivers for the expansion of Heathrow airport". It said it wanted to work with new firms as well as existing suppliers. Heathrow said: "The purpose of this market engagement is to develop a better understanding of the potential supplier base in different goods, services and works categories; and to use that understanding to assist us in the refinement of our packaging and procurement strategies."
