Leighton is responsible for the construction of this hotel resort and spa which is located in the south west corner of the resort island of Koh Samui.rnThe project involves structures, finishes, building services and interior decoration works. The works include the construction of 66 hotel villas, 32 residential villas, four main public buildings and all civil andrnservices infrastructure required to operate this resort.rnThe project area covers a 10 hectare, sloping site with complex geotechnical conditions.
