In the 2008-09 Policy Agenda, the government promotes environmental protection and energy conservation in government buildings to further encourage energy conservation.rnTo this effect, a series of government internal circulars have been issued and ArchSD will follow:rnJoint circular by both Development Bureau (Development Bureau Technical Circular No. 5/2009) and Environment Bureau (Environment Bureau Circular Memorandum No. 2/2009) is issued on 23.4.2009.
