On April 27, 2011 a Government lot in Hung Horn was sold for $1,525 b at the Lands Department's first land auction of the 2011-12 financial year at Queen Elizabeth Stadium. Kowloon Inland Lot 11184 on Ko Shan Road was sold to Brave Sky Investments for $1.525 b. The opening bid was $900 m. The lot has a site area of about 1,901.7 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes. The developer must complete a minimum gross floor area of 8,557 sq m.
