The project comprises the tallest skyscraper in Beijing, an office / hotel composite tower at 330 m height. The hotel, which occupies the top third of the tower, is the national flagship of the hotel chain which co-develops the project. It also claims the credits of having the highest check-in reception and hotel swimming pool on levels 80 and 78 respectively. The rest of the tower provides 50 floors of Grade A office space.
